Friendly visitor needed for an 84-year-old neighbor in Suwon

I'm writing for my neighbor Da-eun, who's 84. Da-eun lives alone in Suwon, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives 734 kilometers away. Da-eun loves knitting, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
