Friendly visitor needed for a 94-year-old neighbor in Quezon City

I'm writing for my neighbor Benjamin, who's 94. Benjamin lives alone in Quezon City, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Benjamin loves opera, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Saturday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
