Friendly visitor needed for a 79-year-old neighbor in Arlington
Looking for a friendly person in Arlington to visit Patricia once a week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Patricia, who's 79. Patricia lives alone in Arlington, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives 470 kilometers away.
Patricia loves baking, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Friday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
