Friendly visitor needed for a 78-year-old neighbor in Augsburg
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Dieter is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Dieter, who's 78. Dieter lives alone in Augsburg, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives 562 kilometers away.
Dieter loves cricket, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
