Friendly visitor needed for a 76-year-old neighbor in Cartagena

I'm writing for my neighbor Esteban, who's 76. Esteban lives alone in Cartagena, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Esteban loves crossword puzzles, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Saturday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting.
