Friendly visitor needed for a 75-year-old neighbor in Saint-Étienne
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Juliette is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Juliette, who's 75. Juliette lives alone in Saint-Étienne, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives 537 kilometers away.
Juliette loves crossword puzzles, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Monday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
