Friendly visitor needed for a 75-year-old neighbor in Gothenburg
Looking for a friendly person in Gothenburg to visit Ida once a week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Ida, who's 75. Ida lives alone in Gothenburg, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Ida loves opera, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Friday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
