Friendly visitor needed for a 74-year-old neighbor in Wiesbaden

I'm writing for my neighbor Charlotte, who's 74. Charlotte lives alone in Wiesbaden, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives 358 kilometers away. Charlotte loves cricket, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Monday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
