Freedom Primary School needs a rainwater harvesting system - Daniela's neighborhood project
A community-led a rainwater harvesting system at Freedom Primary School that will serve 335 neighbors.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 21 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Freedom Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $750.
It will serve about 335 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $750 goes:
• Materials: $430
• Permits and inspections: $80
• Safety equipment and signage: $150
• Tools hire and delivery: $90
