After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Milan Wellbeing Centre cost $80 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
