Found: an envelope of important papers near the market in Charlotte
Looking for the owner of an envelope of important papers found earlier this week in Charlotte.

I'm Quyên. On Sunday morning I found an envelope of important papers near the market in Charlotte. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here.
To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight.
If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on.
Thank you to everyone who has looked.

I walk that way every morning and will keep an eye out. I have shared this in two local groups. Flexible on timing.
