Fighting stage 3 ovarian cancer: help Charles afford treatment in Mississauga
Supporting Charles through stage 3 ovarian cancer: medication, transport to Mississauga Cancer Centre, and living costs while He can't work.

Charles was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in August. The oncology team at Mississauga Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Charles is 42, worked as a taxi driver until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mississauga Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $7,300 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $710
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,600
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,990
