Lidia was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in September. The oncology team at Yekaterinburg University Hospital has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 3 weeks. Lidia is 28, worked as a bank teller until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Yekaterinburg University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
