Fighting prostate cancer: help Imran afford treatment in Soweto
Imran is facing prostate cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Imran was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August. The oncology team at Soweto University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Imran is 24, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Soweto University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
