Supporting Álvaro through non-Hodgkin lymphoma: medication, transport to the Laredo Oncology Institute, and living costs while He can't work.

Álvaro was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at the Laredo Oncology Institute has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Álvaro is 26, worked as a shop owner until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Laredo Oncology Institute 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Scans and lab work: $1,200
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $5,500
