Teodoro was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in April. The oncology team at Davao City Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in June. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Teodoro is 38, worked as a taxi driver until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Davao City Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
