Phúc was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in June. The oncology team at Hồ Chí Minh City University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Phúc is 36, worked as a bank teller until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Hồ Chí Minh City University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
