Fighting multiple myeloma: help Karolina afford treatment in Kraków
4 rounds of treatment are planned at Kraków Cancer Centre; we are asking for help with the costs insurance does not cover.

Karolina was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August. The oncology team at Kraków Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in December. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Karolina is 56, worked as a farmer until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Kraków Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $3,600 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,450
• Transport to Kraków Cancer Centre: $400
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $190
• Scans and lab work: $560
Thanks for being kind about this.
