Ryan was diagnosed with kidney cancer in July. The oncology team at Quezon City Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Ryan is 24, worked as a bank teller until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Quezon City Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $1,300 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $590 • Scans and lab work: $210 • Transport to Quezon City Cancer Centre: $80 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $50 • Household costs while unable to work: $370 Thank you so much.
