Lahore
Junaid was diagnosed with kidney cancer in August. The oncology team at Lahore University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks. Junaid is 33, worked as a primary school teacher until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Lahore University Hospital 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $600 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $380 • Scans and lab work: $120 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $100 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support. - Nimra

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. chemotherapy and medication not covered comes first ($380) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Appreciate you taking the time.
