Fighting colon cancer: help Princess afford treatment in San Fernando
Supporting Princess through colon cancer: medication, transport to San Fernando Regional Medical Center, and living costs while She can't work.
🇵🇭 Philippines392 views
Princess was diagnosed with colon cancer in December. The oncology team at San Fernando Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in March. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Princess is 52, worked as a bus conductor until December, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to San Fernando Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,600
• Scans and lab work: $260
• Transport to San Fernando Regional Medical Center: $185
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $155
• Household costs while unable to work: $150
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Sending good thoughts. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. It's not much but it's yours. Blessings
Keep going, Benjamin. Shared it with a few friends!
Sending love, Benjamin. This could happen to any of us. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
