Fighting colon cancer: help Ghada afford treatment in San Diego

Ghada was diagnosed with colon cancer in April. The oncology team at San Diego Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Ghada is 52, worked as a farmer until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to San Diego Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $7,300 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $550
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $6,250
• Transport to San Diego Cancer Centre: $500
