Nusrat was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August. The oncology team at New Delhi Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks. Nusrat is 40, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to New Delhi Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
