Fighting cervical cancer: help Hetal afford treatment in Chennai
12 rounds of treatment are planned at the Chennai Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Hetal was diagnosed with cervical cancer in May. The oncology team at the Chennai Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Hetal is 46, worked as a nurse until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Chennai Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Transport to the Chennai Oncology Institute: $115
