Fighting acute lymphoblastic leukemia: help Asher afford treatment in Tucson
8 rounds of treatment are planned at Tucson Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Asher was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in August. The oncology team at Tucson Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Asher is 35, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Tucson Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $4,300 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $2,450
• Scans and lab work: $1,350
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $500
