Fighting a rare sarcoma: help Myra afford treatment in Birmingham

Myra was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in April. The oncology team at Birmingham University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in August. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Myra is 24, worked as a bus conductor until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Birmingham University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,250
• Scans and lab work: $1,300
• Transport to Birmingham University Hospital: $630
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $290
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,580
