After military deployment, Feyza has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Bursa Wellbeing Centre cost $20 each.
Feyza has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Feyza could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Feyza, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. 12 therapy sessions comes first ($590) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Ask me anything else.
