Fernanda needs my pickup repaired to get back to work in Bilbao
Fernanda's my pickup is Fernanda's only source of income and needs a rear axle replacement costing $1,300.
🇪🇸 Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain1,614 views
I make my living with my pickup. 8 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 1 children. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,300 goes:
• rear axle replacement (parts): $770
• Labor charges: $190
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $240
• Towing and inspection: $100
Thank you so much.

Thanks for sharing this, Fernanda. Hope you get there. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Thinking of Bilbao.
Good luck. Looking forward to the next update. Love from Turin.
hope it all works out, Fernanda. Hope the shop reopens soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Pittsburgh
