Ogbomosho
Femi was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August. The oncology team at Ogbomosho Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Femi is 54, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Ogbomosho Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $1,100 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $590 • Transport to Ogbomosho Regional Medical Center: $55 • Household costs while unable to work: $260 • Scans and lab work: $195 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it. - Folake
