Felipe needs my pickup repaired to get back to work in Salvador
Felipe drives for a living in Salvador, and a broken clutch assembly has stopped all income for 6 weeks.

I make my living with my pickup. 6 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $300 goes:
• clutch assembly replacement (parts): $125
• Labor charges: $55
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $75
• Towing and inspection: $45

I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Thinking of Salvador
So sorry you're going through this. This could happen to any of us. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Pokhara.
So sorry you're going through this, Felipe. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.
