The Neighbors' Pantry pantry in Katowice is running low just as demand rises; $1,050 will stock it for 12 weeks.

Since 2020, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Sunday from the back of a borrowed garage. We started with 17 families, and now we feed 92 each week. Donations have dropped by about 31% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week. We rely on volunteers - 17 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Katowice market and keep every receipt. Each $25 feeds a family of four for a week. All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs. Where the $1,050 goes: • Fresh vegetables and fruit: $370 • Baby formula and diapers: $200 • Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $480 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
