Feed 89 families each week at Neighbors' Pantry in Nîmes
The Neighbors' Pantry pantry in Nîmes is running low just as demand rises; $2,300 will stock it for 10 weeks.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Saturday from the back of the mosque courtyard. We started with 25 families, and now we feed 89 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 59% this winter, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 11 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Nîmes market and keep every receipt.
Each $50 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $2,300 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $1,050
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $500
• Baby formula and diapers: $500
• Refrigeration and electricity: $250
