Feed 76 families each week at the Harvest Pantry in Hồ Chí Minh City

Since 2020, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Thursday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 23 families, and now we feed 76 each week. Donations have dropped by about 56% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week. We rely on volunteers - 12 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Hồ Chí Minh City market and keep every receipt. Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week. I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday. Where the $350 goes: • Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $175 • Fresh vegetables and fruit: $110 • Baby formula and diapers: $40 • Refrigeration and electricity: $25 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
