The Neighbors' Pantry pantry in Córdoba is running low just as demand rises; $1,650 will stock it for 11 weeks.

Since 2023, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Friday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 14 families, and now we feed 381 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 39% this school holidays, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 14 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Córdoba market and keep every receipt.
Each $35 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $1,650 goes:
• Refrigeration and electricity: $195
• Baby formula and diapers: $210
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $1,245
