Feed 290 families each week at Neighbors' Pantry in Kraków
Maja runs a volunteer pantry feeding 290 families; this fund restocks shelves for the winter.

Since 2023, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Thursday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 12 families, and now we feed 290 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 33% this winter, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 10 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Kraków market and keep every receipt.
Each $20 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $1,300 goes:
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $350
• Baby formula and diapers: $270
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $680
