Feed 109 families each week at the Thursday Table in Anaheim
The the Thursday Table pantry in Anaheim is running low just as demand rises; $2,450 will stock it for 11 weeks.

Since 2021, our volunteer team has run the Thursday Table every Tuesday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 21 families, and now we feed 109 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 32% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 12 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Anaheim market and keep every receipt.
Each $25 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $2,450 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $900
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $990
• Baby formula and diapers: $230
• Refrigeration and electricity: $330
