Favour can't leave home - help build a ramp

Materials are donated. We need two carpenters and a helper for a weekend in Lagos.

Favour has used a wheelchair since 2022, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Favour can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair. The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two. The ramp has to meet the building-code slope requirement, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate eight hours of work. Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Favour's family will cook lunch for the team. Thank you so much.

Hang in there. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor in Rio de Janeiro donated after I showed her your page. Take care
