I'm Raju, and I live in Kathmandu. For my professional recognition I have to submit a tenancy agreement in English, and the original is in Farsi. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 4 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
