Zoe, my wife, passed away on 3 March after a short illness. She was 92 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,050 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 23 March. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Zoe to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $3,050 goes: • Funeral home services and casket: $1,350 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,050 • Transport of the deceased: $330 • Memorial gathering for the family: $320 Thank you for reading my story.
