Farewell fund for Samjhana: help Sushila's family in Lalitpur
After the sudden passing of Samjhana, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Samjhana, my wife, passed away on 7 August after a sudden heart attack. She was 31 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $800 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 16 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Samjhana to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $510
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $210
• Transport of the deceased: $50
