André passed away on 6 July; we're raising $1,600 for a respectful funeral in Belém.

André, my uncle, passed away on 6 July after a short illness. He was 64 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,600 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 17 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want André to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $1,600 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $1,000
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $420
• Transport of the deceased: $125
• Memorial gathering for the family: $55
