Fani's thyroid cancer treatment fund

Fani was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in August. The oncology team at the Malang Oncology Institute has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Fani is 56, worked as a bank teller until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Malang Oncology Institute 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $780
• Transport to the Malang Oncology Institute: $70
• Scans and lab work: $170
• Household costs while unable to work: $180
