Eunice's final semester of a computer science degree in Dar es Salaam

Eunice is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a computer science degree at the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $300. The registrar has said Eunice can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Eunice has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Eunice would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Eunice isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $300 goes: • Textbooks and materials: $20 • Final term tuition: $240 • Exam and lab fees: $40 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
