I make my living with my school-run minibus. 6 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $500 goes: • Labor charges: $250 • Towing and inspection: $60 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $190 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Eugene

      • Hope things get better soon, Eugene. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. After 22 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.

        • thinking of you. Hope you get there. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best.
