Erlangga's septoplasty can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Erlangga was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in June. The surgeon at Malang Community Hospital recommended septoplasty, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,850, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $1,300 short.
my brother has been in and out of Malang Community Hospital since June. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,850 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Erlangga struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Erlangga won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Erlangga.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. surgeon and anesthesia fees comes first ($530) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Fair thing to want to know.
