Emery's septoplasty can't wait - please help us cover the bill
After a herniated spinal disc, Emery was cleared for septoplasty, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Emery was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in May. The surgeon at San Diego General Hospital recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $9,250, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $6,900 short.
my daughter has been in and out of San Diego General Hospital since May. The doctors say a herniated spinal disc will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $9,250 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Emery struggles with daily life and can't climb stairs. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Emery won't be able to climb stairs, so the costs keep growing.
