Ziggy is my rescue greyhound of two years. On 8 July we rushed to the Jabalpur Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the Jabalpur Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ziggy's recovery. Where the $350 goes: • Emergency surgery: $180 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $85 • Medication and follow-up visits: $50 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $35 I hope life is good to you. - Lavanya
