Emergency vet bill for Ziggy in Enugu
Ziggy, Juliet's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for a foreign object blocking the intestines costing $150.

Ziggy is my rescue greyhound of thirteen years. On 16 December we rushed to Enugu Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $150.
They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond March.
Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Enugu Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $150 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $20
• Emergency surgery: $100
