Emergency vet bill for Ziggy in Buenos Aires

Ziggy is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 20 August we rushed to Buenos Aires Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $95 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Buenos Aires Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
