Ziggy is my cat of two years. On 12 June we rushed to the Beersheba Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,750.
They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $115 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Beersheba Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,150
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $320
• Medication and follow-up visits: $180
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $100
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
